Two out of three of my children were born in July.  I didn’t really enjoy being pregnant in July where a cool day was 90 degrees, but now it’s a great excuse to spend birthdays by the water.  🙂

I’m trying to be better at remembering to photograph my own children without irritating them too much.  🙂  So here goes…

My little man!  Saturday he will officially be THREE!

Abby turned 7…with the sass to boot!  🙂

I couldn’t resist a couple of my oldest.  He is growing up way too fast!  Almost into the double digits.

And THIS is what it’s really like trying to photograph my kids.  🙂

I only shoot half the weekends in a given month, so if your looking for a Saturday call early!

These brothers were fun!  So much energy!  I wonder…If I had half of their energy would I get twice as much done in a day?!

I’m going to shamelessly use my blog to tell you to go HERE and read about what their mother is doing in our community.  Here is an excerpt from the site:

“In memory of our son Declan Alexander we have created a nonprofit organization called It’s No Monkey Business.  We distribute gift baskets and mom-to-mom advice as a way to support other families experiencing life in the neonatal intensive care unit. Having a premature baby or a baby with medical complications is stressful enough but some families, like ours, are separated for a long period of time while one parent cares for their sick baby.”

Linda thanks for waiting on your sneak peek, so appreciated.  🙂  I’ll be in touch soon.

Our baby is getting ready to turn 3.  One day he will outgrow the snuggling, thumb-sucking, voluntary kisses and saying ‘E-I wuvs du mom!’. I’m not gonna lie.  I know just how fortunate I am to be able to document my kids with my photography.  If it makes you feel better I’m a terrible cook, lousy painter and couldn’t home-school to save my life.  🙂

**we’ll be on vacation starting this Friday and will return on the 20th. **

With June just a couple days away our household is getting cabin fever.  I think were all really ready for our beach vacation!  I took my daughter out this afternoon to scout a couple locations and when I got back we found two very hyper boys.  🙂  They have a plan to bury their Uncle Jason in the sand when we get to the beach….and I think they may succeed.  Oh, and when they do I will have a picture of it!  🙂

Hope your having a great Memorial Day weekend!
