This gorgeous bundle entered the world on August 23rd, 2011.  Big sister was VERY excited that day.  🙂

I wish I had heard of birth photography when my children were born.  Newborns change so fast that even a week later they can look different.  For us mom’s birth photography gives us a chance to see everything we couldn’t on that day.  Unlike the dad’s, we don’t get to follow the baby back to the nursery and see the measuring, bathing, etc..  If your expecting a baby this fall/winter now is the time to start thinking about having your baby’s birth photographed professionally and your newborn images.  Time really does fly by!

Welcome to the world sweet girl.

She took her time, but entered the world on August 11th, 2011.  A beautiful 7 lb. 10 oz. bundle named Frances Kate was added to this gorgeous family.

Congratulations Jordan and Dan!  Thank you for letting me be a part of your daughter’s birth day.

On a side note I’m going to put a shameless plug in here (because mom doesn’t like to brag on  herself).  In all her spare time (ha ha) Jordan creates a gorgeous line of children’s clothing named Georgia Grace.  A new site will be launching soon, but you can find it HERE and HERE in the meantime.  🙂

Fall sessions are the most popular sessions.  If your planning one start planning now!  Weekend sessions are the first to go with October being the most popular.  You can book your session by emailing us at:  info@mjwphotography.com or by giving us a call at 479-366-2702.  Your session date is locked in with your session fee.  I typically book out about 4 weeks in the fall so please don’t wait til the kids are back in school to think about your fall portraits!

on my way to this mornings session.  I forgot my camera.  I would have cried if I wasn’t so shocked that I actually did that!  I guess in my hast to get all packed up, tow all three kids out to the sitters and get my husband off to work something was bound to slip up.  Thankfully I have some amazing photographer friends around here!  My friend, Lisa came to the rescue!  Lisa- you know I love you girl! And Dale…I know you would have man.  😉

It was definitely worth all the hassle.  Don’t you think?  🙂
