Just a quick note to let you know that I will be attending Idea Camp all day Friday and Saturday.  This means all phone calls and emails will be returned Monday.  Thanks for your patience!  Also, Monday I will be posting dates and sign up information about May mini sessions to benefit the Thirst No More house in Haiti.  Check back for that.

We will be launching a new site just for photo classes very soon.  Along with learning to use your digital SLR camera on manual I will be offering a class on how to use Photoshop to enhance your imagery, not fix them.  This class will be open to those who have already taken the manual class first.  Keep an eye out for the launch announcement.

when working on-location.  Sure, I’d love to have a studio one day.  I have it all mapped out in my head too..it’s really awesome.  🙂 🙂  But what I love the most about shooting on-location, especially at someone’s home is the constant change of scenery.  It’s something new and fun every time.  I’ve heard so many times ‘my house isn’t nice enough to shoot in’.  I’ve never run into a home yet that doesn’t photograph well.  So if your thinking of having a session at your home go for it!  It’s such a personal, fun way of having a session.  🙂

he was less than a week old!  I can’t believe how much he has grown in just a few months.  It’s just crazy!  He’s got that dimple in the chin just like big brother.  🙂

on my way to this mornings session.  I forgot my camera.  I would have cried if I wasn’t so shocked that I actually did that!  I guess in my hast to get all packed up, tow all three kids out to the sitters and get my husband off to work something was bound to slip up.  Thankfully I have some amazing photographer friends around here!  My friend, Lisa came to the rescue!  Lisa- you know I love you girl! And Dale…I know you would have man.  😉

It was definitely worth all the hassle.  Don’t you think?  🙂
