I love this cat.  He has been with me since before I got married.  When I went to adopt a cat I really wanted a kitten, but then I saw him.  He was about a year old and very lazy, but he looked startling similar to a cat I once had as a child.  I just knew he was the cat for me.  Noah has never been much of a lover.  More of a ‘leave me a loner’.  🙂  It took a pretty long time for him to trust anyone but me.  Now that he is getting older the kids can cuddle with him a bit more.  Really it’s probably just because he can’t move as fast as he used to.  Or maybe it’s that they are a bit older and not so unpredictably scary to him anymore.  Either way our oldest has become obsessed with carrying him around and pestering him.  🙂

If we get the predicted snowfall and your in the Bentonville/Rogers/Bella Vista area and want a fun snow mini session of your kids shoot me an email

This weather has had my asthma and sinus’ under attack.  I’ve been staying off anything worse with plenty of rest the last few days…but now I’ve got a major case of Cabin Fever.  Thankfully I’ve got a busy week ahead of me to get me back in the swing of things.

Family Togetherness

I got home this afternoon from shooting all morning and I was frozen!  I’m ready for the green to come back.  It wouldn’t be so bad if we lived somewhere where the snow fell.  I mean really fell.  At least then the cold would be worth it!  Here it’s just cold and ugly.

But looking at this mug has got to warm you up.  🙂

My cat.  He’s getting old.  I’ve had him since I was 19 years old.  Now he acts like he’s 19 years old!  This cat has moved 5 times with me.  He’s dealt with 3 children coming along, 2 other cats (both gone now) and one huge dog.  The dog still hasn’t been able to catch him.  🙂

Noah.

About six years ago our family decided to get a family dog.  After a lot of research we decided on a Saint Bernard puppy.  I know, right?  Well we knew that he would get big, fast so getting training was a must.  That is when I met Denise Holmes.  She was training dogs (and probably a million other things knowing her) down in Fayetteville.  I can’t tell you how awesome of a trainer she is for both the dog and the owners.  🙂  Over the last six years our paths have crossed a few times, mostly me begging for more advice.  I was thrilled when there was finally something I could do for her!  Denise is up for an amazing career opportunity, which I’m praying she gets, so she needed some head-shots.

Without further a-do her she is…and her little dog too. (that was said in my Wizard of Oz voice)  🙂

If your in need of a different kind of head-shot give me a call or email me.
