Blog Category: children

Since the weather has forced me to reschedule 2x this weekend I thought I’d take a few minutes to update the blog.  It is such a humbling feeling to see return clients.  I love seeing how much their children have grown and being able to reconnect with them.  I firmly believe that one of the best ways to get genuine images of children is to create a relationship with them.  The more of a friendship they develop with the photographer, the better they respond.  When you are searching for a photographer to capture real images of your children make sure your child and the photographer connect well.  🙂

Here are just a few of the mini sessions I’ve finished up in the last couple weeks.

I have been wanting to photograph the miracle of birth for quite some time.  When this opportunity came my way I was over the moon!  Having had 3 children of my own I have to say being a witness to it is awesome!  I am so thankful to the parents for opening up such a private moment to me, and allowing me to share a part of it with you, the readers.

As I’m sure you’ll agree, mom looked absolutely beautiful.  And baby Tate?  Well let’s just say he stole the show.  🙂

And now just a tiny glimpse of what’s in store…

Things are in full swing around here.  I have very limited session times available for the remainder of this year, so if your wanting beautiful images of your family contact me right away.

Order deadline to have prints back before Christmas is November 19th.

Order deadline to have specialty products back before Christmas (canvas, albums, etc.) is November 10th.

I know this may feel a little early, but I will be out of the country at the end of November and will not be working at all in December.

This time of year were all thinking about Christmas cards.  If you’ve had a 2010 session with me this year and would love to use one of those images on your 2010 cards let me know.  If your session is coming up you can take advantage of this offer as well!  Just click HERE to read all about it.

I wanted to share a fun little slide show of images that were shot for a project I’ve been working on….these are actually the ones that didn’t make the final cut of each child.  Enjoy!!

Enjoy your sneak peek Shannon, talk soon.

Just a quick sneak peek for a momma who said she didn’t take a good picture.  Glad to prove you wrong Candace.  🙂
